Participants will meet coaches at Pawling Elementary after school

Children enrolled at PES will be sent to practice after school.
Children NOT enrolled at PES: Please park in the MAIN LOT at the Elementary School- once the buses pull out you can walk your children to the front doors and their staff will escort them to the program. No parent entry is allowed.
Children will be brought to the main entrance at pick up time.
Participants should wear socks or wrestling shoes on the mats and bring a water bottle.
Mouthguards are recommended for those who have dental braces.
All abilities are welcome!
