2026 TOWN OF PAWLING FACILITY RENTAL PAGE
- All rentals require a 20% damage deposit (minimum of $100) and liability insurance.
- Alcohol is not allowed on Town property without prior authorization, liability insurance, & permit issued by the Town Board.
- Rental applications must be received at least 2 weeks prior to requested event date- longer if an alcohol permit is requested.
- If Alcohol permit is requested: an Alcohol Control Plan AND event insurance must be submitted in time for approval of all documents- it's best to submit them at least two months prior to your rental date.
- The Recreation Department has the right to modify fees &/or requirements of rental agreements.
- Applications are reviewed by the Recreation Department once per week, you will be contacted by email with more information once it has been reviewed.
- Extra rental hours requested beyond standard rental times (when available) may incur extra fees.
- Non-profit or community organizations can contact our office to inquire about special fees
