This transformative practice will take you on a meditative journey through sound, nurturing the mind, body, spirit and nervous system.
You will rest and receive the healing frequencies of Crystal Tones Singing Bowls, chimes, and the voice, while creating space for growth and recalibration.
This sound bath is intended to promote deep relaxation, increased creativity, mood elevation + clarity.
Rosalee is a sound facilitator and artist from Pawling, New York. She began her sound healing journey after witnessing the incredible medicinal impact of these frequencies on the body, nervous system and overall well being. She fuses her passion for music and therapeutic practices by using intuitive singing, Crystal Tones Singing Bowls, and other instruments to attune the body for healing. Rosalee received her Sound Healing Training certification from the School of Resonance in Nosara, Costa Rica. She is grateful to reconnect with her roots and share these sounds with the community.
