Have you ever wished you had a tool that could help relieve stress and reduce pain?  

We are very excited to announce that Reiki Master Teacher, Valerie York, will be hosting a free introductory class to teach and show you the benefits of Reiki!


Please join us Wednesday, January 8, at 5:30pm for the free class!  If you enjoy it and want to learn more, Valerie will be offering some customized on-going classes at Pawling Rec based on interest!
