Using weights during class is optional- we have a limited amount of 1 - 5lb weights available to share. If you have any at home you're welcome to bring them.
Full participation with the exercises is not required- you can tailor the exercises to your needs and comfort.
Due to the popularity of the program, if you do not attend more than 4 classes in a row your registration may be canceled and you will need to re-register when you're ready to return. You can always speak with the instructor or call our office to discuss any planned prolonged absences.
