ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR CAMP 2022

TRADITIONAL CAMP (Ages 4 - 14)
COST: $325/R, $415/NR, (per child/per session)
AGES: 4 - 14
SESSIONS: One, Two, Three & Four
A mix of traditional "summer camp" activities with unique Pawling Summer Camp events you'll never forget!
Kids need camp and we can't wait to be outdoors in a safe way!

Our Traditional Camp will include the classic camp activities kids love: arts, sports, free swim, and outdoor play.... but the fun does not end there. We are always incorporating NEW options to make the summer unique and exciting! As always, we will be making sure there is a lot to enjoy...no matter what!

LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP (ages 13-14)
COST: $220 R, $275 NR (per camper/per session)
AGES: 13 - 14
SESSIONS: One, Two, Three & Four

COUNSELOR TRAINING CAMP (ages 15-18)

COST: $100 R, $150 NR (per camper/per session)
AGES: 15 - 18
SESSIONS: One, Two, Three & Four

These programs are designed specifically for campers 13+ who want to build strong leadership skills for any future roles they seek - not just for future camp jobs, for any job!

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will encourage cooperative problem solving, creative exploration and even event planning. All this will be done while bonding with peers, trying something new AND having fun. 

Camp Membership Registration & Fee:
A camp membership must be purchased for each camper, including Leadership Training Camp and Counselor Training Camp to proceed with the registration process.

There will be a one-time $25 fee. This fee covers the cost of camp tee shirts, supplies and hygiene materials.

MEDICAL FORMS
In order to complete your registration, ALL THREE of these documents are required to be on file and must be current (within the last year):
1) Physical Form, 2) Immunization Record & 3) Mandatory Over The Counter & Physicians Form.
The physical form must be updated each year. Medical forms expire after one full year.

If we do not have ALL paperwork on file your child will NOT be permitted to attend camp and no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All forms are required to participate in any camp program according to the NYS Department of Health.

These forms MUST be delivered directly to the park office as soon as possible.

The mandatory physicians form can be found in the "Additional Forms" section below.

REMINDER: In order to secure a spot for your child this summer FULL PAYMENT and MEDICAL PAPERWORK must be submitted. SPACE WILL BE LIMITED so we strongly encourage finalizing your registration as soon as possible.

If paying by check or cash, payment must be submitted to the Recreation Department within 24 hours to finalize your registration.

Our Snack Shack is open for campers! Please send your camper in with money if they want to buy an ice cream or a snack.

Local organizations have a limited amount of camp scholarship fund available.Organizations representatives will award the scholarships based on:
1. financial need
2. interest and involvement in camp activities
3. potential growth and development through the camp experience
4. space & availability in the session
5. If needed, fill out one scholarship application per child
